Who We Are
Our names are Brad and Liz, and after two years of living in Taiwan teaching English, we packed up our lives and moved back into reverse culture shock South Florida. We’re both teachers, and those delectable holidays and time off are used exclusively for travel. Having left the States before Taiwan with the intent to travel, we had a few adventures while living abroad. El Nido for our first Chinese New Year, Koh Phi Phi for our birthdays, Koh Rong with our friends, and Japan with Liz’s family— all wonderful, but all too short. We were craving a more immersive time. So we left our jobs, emptied our apartment, and packed our bags. Over the course of three months, we traveled through SE Asia in pursuit of satisfying that hankering for adventure. And, well, let’s just say, that was simply the first course in an extensive traveling menu. We’ve traveled on safari in Tanzania, climbed Macchu Picchu in Peru, and most recently spent a summer indulging and immersing ourselves in all things Italy–constantly anticipating new places to romance with and lose ourselves in.
